Standard shipping is free on orders over $49. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to receive and process your order. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.

Returns & Refunds

We know how important your skin is, that’s why we exist. If the Layers product you purchased doesn’t perform the way you expect, please let us know. We will issue a full refund and cover the return shipping cost for requests made within 30 days of the purchase date. Start a return here

    When we receive the returned Layers product(s) from you, we will process your refund via your original form of payment. For more information about returns and exchanges, please see our terms of service.

    Missing or Damaged Packages
    If your Layers package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at service@mylayers.com. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the damaged package and product(s), and the damaged items will be replaced.

    If your Layers package is missing, please look around your property and ask your house members to see if it was tucked away out of sight. If the Layers package is still not found, we will work with our shipping partners to track down your package or provide a replacement shipment. This process takes approximately 3-5 business days.
